Welcome to Lifestack Digital. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Lifestack Digital ("Lifestack," "we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Services.
1. Who we are and what we offer
Lifestack Digital provides self-paced digital educational products — including interactive web-based tools, printable templates, downloadable guides, and educational workbooks — across categories such as parenting education, self-regulation, habit formation, caregiving, career transition, and life organization.
Our products are educational resources only. We are not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional services provider. See Section 7 for important details.
2. Eligibility
To purchase or use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is older).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be barred from using our Services under applicable law.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Your account
Some of our Services may require you to create an account or provide login credentials. If so, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Purchases, pricing, and payment
4.1 Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, technical errors in pricing, or inventory availability.
4.2 Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges are your responsibility and will be calculated at checkout where possible.
4.3 Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and our processor) to charge the full amount of your order. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
4.4 Confirmation and delivery
Upon successful payment, we will send an order confirmation and access instructions to the email address you provide. Digital products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam folder if you don't see delivery within 15 minutes.
5. Digital product license
When you purchase a digital product from Lifestack, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
5.1 You may:
- Download, save, and personally use the product on devices you own.
- Print digital copies for your own personal use.
- Reference the product's methodology in your own life or, for parenting/caregiving products, in caring for children in your household.
5.2 You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the product.
- Share your purchased copy, login credentials, or download links with others.
- Reproduce, copy, or repost the product's content (text, images, video, code, templates) in whole or in substantial part.
- Use the product or its content as part of a course, workshop, service, coaching offering, or any other commercial product you sell or distribute.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the product for commercial purposes.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our products or website.
Violations of this license will result in termination of your access and may subject you to legal action.
6. Intellectual property
All content on our website, in our products, and in our marketing materials — including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, software, code, compilations, and original methodologies ("Lifestack Content") — is the property of Lifestack Digital or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The trademark "Lifestack Digital," product names including but not limited to "Beyond The Behavior," and any associated logos, slogans, and branding are trademarks of Lifestack Digital. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Content you provide to us (such as testimonials, feedback, or reviews) grants us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Services and marketing.
7. Important disclaimer: educational content only
This is critically important for our parenting, mental-health-adjacent, caregiving, financial, and self-improvement products. Specifically:
7.1 Not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services
Lifestack products, including but not limited to Beyond The Behavior, are not therapy, not medical treatment, not psychological or psychiatric services, not clinical diagnosis, and not a replacement for consultation with a licensed mental health professional, pediatrician, physician, or other qualified health provider.
If you or your child are experiencing a mental health crisis, signs of harm to self or others, severe behavioral issues, or any medical emergency, contact a licensed professional, your local emergency services, or a crisis hotline immediately. In the United States, you can reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988. Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency number or crisis service.
7.2 Not legal, financial, or professional advice
Our products do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Any content addressing topics such as career decisions, financial planning, retirement, or difficult life situations is for educational and informational purposes only. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
7.3 No guaranteed outcomes
Every person, family, and situation is unique. We cannot and do not guarantee that applying the methods, tools, or frameworks in our products will produce any specific outcome for you or anyone in your care. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including individual circumstances, consistency of application, and professional context.
7.4 Your responsibility
By using our products, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of the content for your situation, for seeking professional help when needed, and for any decisions or actions you take based on the content.
8. Refund policy
Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically and consumed immediately upon access, our refund policy varies by product tier. The refund policy applicable to your purchase is disclosed on the product's checkout page before you complete your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the refund policy in effect for that specific product. Our standard tiers are set out below.
8.1 Core offers and flagship products (priced at $50 or more)
30-day satisfaction refund. If you are not satisfied with a Core Offer or flagship-tier purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing support@lifestackdigital.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We may decline refund requests that appear to abuse this policy — for example, repeated refund requests from the same buyer across multiple products, evidence that the product has been extensively downloaded and used before the refund request, or requests made outside the 30-day window.
Examples of products in this tier: Beyond The Behavior and other full playbooks, bundled product sets, and any product priced at $50 or more.
8.2 Tripwire and single-tool products (priced under $50)
All sales final. Because these products are priced for impulse purchase, delivered immediately upon payment, and consumed within minutes of opening, no refunds will be issued for purchases in this tier except where required by applicable law. You acknowledge this policy explicitly at checkout.
Examples of products in this tier: The Meltdown Reset and other single-tool tripwires, individual cheat sheets, script packs, and any product priced under $50.
8.3 Subscriptions and continuity products
If and when we offer recurring-billing products (such as a monthly membership), the refund and cancellation terms for those products will be disclosed on their respective checkout pages and in the purchase confirmation email. You may cancel future billing at any time; already-billed periods are generally non-refundable unless the product was defective.
8.4 Exceptions that apply across all tiers
Regardless of tier, we will consider a refund or replacement for:
- Defective delivery. The product fails to download, doesn't open properly, or is technically broken on delivery.
- Duplicate purchase. An accidental duplicate order for the same product within a 30-day window.
- Legal requirement. Any refund required by the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction (for example, statutory cooling-off periods in the EU, UK, or certain U.S. states).

8.5 How to request a refund
For any refund request, email support@lifestackdigital.com with:
- Your full name as used at checkout
- The email address used to purchase
- The product name and approximate purchase date
- A brief description of the reason for the request
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any non-public areas of the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive automated traffic.
- Use the Services to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with Lifestack.
- Use the Services in connection with harassing, defamatory, or harmful communications.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services except as explicitly permitted.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access and legal action.
10. User-provided content
If you submit feedback, testimonials, reviews, comments, or any other content to us (collectively, "User Content"), you represent that:
- You own or have the rights to submit the content.
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
- The content is accurate and not misleading.
- You grant Lifestack a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in connection with our business, including in marketing and advertising.
We may, but are not required to, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lifestack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your specific requirements.
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate, reliable, or effective for your situation.
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected.
12. Limitation of liability
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or accessed through the Services;
- Any content obtained from the Services;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or
- Any decisions made or actions taken by you or any third party in reliance on information or materials provided through the Services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lifestack Digital, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
- Any User Content you submit.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use any digital products is revoked, though sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 15) will remain in effect.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal resolution first. You agree to first contact us at support@lifestackdigital.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
- Venue. If informal resolution fails, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
- Individual claims only. You agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
16. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you are a subscriber or customer) and/or by a prominent notice on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Entire agreement; severability; no waiver
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lifestack regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
